Last week we learned that in the beginning, God created everything. He created the sky, the fish, the plants, and animals...everything! God also created people, including Adam and Eve. God created everything good and for His glory. Jesus was present at Creation (Colossians 1:16-17) and is Lord over everything. We can praise God for making all things good. 

This week, we will learn that although the earth was filled with all of the perfect things that God created, Adam and Eve still broke God’s one rule. This is called sin and sin keeps us away from God. However, there is very good news! God never stops loving us and Jesus came into the world to save sinners (1Tim. 1:15). Thank you Jesus for rescuing us and bringing us back to God.
